     It was a normal day in the small island resort Crocs Cove. The temperature was great, warm with a cool sea breeze. Furs of all species occupying the beach, chatting in local cafés and bars, and families in the park. This was reason enough for anyone to be outside. 

     Nick was your average cat. He was pure black with white frosted ear tips. He was wearing his favorite white jacket, blue t-shirt, and white jeans. He was in his room writing a special song for a special night tomorrow. He and his band got a gig for a bunch of money for a concert, The Beach Party Extravaganza. He had his windows open to take in the lovely breeze. The feeling of the wind kept making him doze off, but he would wake up and continue as usual.he was going to rock it as usual. Nothing was going to stop him... Yet.
