Cecile was born a mute so she cannot talk at all. When she was 15 she was viewed by everyone at her school as an outcast because of her inability to speak. She made a small group of friends with some kids that had similar disadvantages such as blindness, deafness, paraparesis. Eventually she graduated from high school, then went to Harvard to get her education. While there she made a solemn bow of abstinence for the rest of her life (no sex at all). She never really had a good excuse or explanation for doing so either.

She likes to read and write mostly. She also likes to drink socially, study cells and germs and stuff like that, she is very interested in science, biology, medicine, and all that.

People teasing her about her being a mute, people teasing other people with physical or mental disadvantages, idiots (as in people who attempt jackass stunts for fun and stuff like that.

She normally uses a notepad to talk to people and usually doesn't talk to people at all either way.

She has a sister named Alexia who is deaf and, ironically, a musician (like Beethoven in a way)
