No so much insane as he is andrenalin junkie, loving the rush of sneaking into heavily guarded areas Or killing high importance people, and getting into good fights with skilled aponents. Getting paid for it is a side perk. He can regenerate any wound he has but the process is slow, but he can take a lot of damage during a fight. He is infamous because of his grinning clown mask and brutal killings of people. He mostly uses improvised weapons and axes.
