Pep is a quirky one. He knows he's pretty rare, but actually prefers a furry partner to a scaly one (his fins are delicate!) He comes across with a very calm personality, with a bubble of energy underneath. Likes: Fairly public places, just barely behind closed doors kind of thing. He's not afraid of open affection. He loves to take on a more dominate role, but has no trouble being submissive. Obviously likes to play around in water when he can, such as a pool or hottub. Dislikes: Scales (they hurt). People being too rough.
