Belsi was the result of Scott Manson's first summoning. He existed in a void of chaos, where shapes and physical forms were always changing. At the time he was summoned, he was in a smaller form than what he was used to. Naturally, he was not pleased, and as a result, is rather touchy about his small stature. The summoning stripped him of most of his power, though he is still capable of making a nuisance of himself.
