Cecil has lived in America for his entire life, until he acquired a scholarship for a prestigious collage in France, and headed there immediately. There he attended collage and lived happily for a little while, soon a job opened up for a blind child's aid. He took the job and quickly grew attached to the kid. Gavin Rujoir.
