Gavin was raised in a wealthy family and was very content with his life. Sadly at the age of ten he suffered a terrible accident, which left him blind for life. From that point on his parents had hired an several aids, someone to lead Gavin around all of the time, whom Gavin hated all of them. Until a new one came, Cecil Zamf whom he hated. But since living with the aid for so long, and that Cecil never gave up on him, like the others, he eventually grew to somewhat respect him.
